1. Permitted Uses: The buyer is permitted to use the images to create their own original artwork, and to sell that artwork, as long as they comply with the other terms of this agreement..
2. Attribution and Watermarks: The buyer must include a link to your profiles (or other specified attribution) in any artwork created using the template set, and must not remove any watermarks or other identifying marks that are present on the images.
3. Restrictions on Use: The buyer may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the images or the template set itself, or use them to create any product or service that competes with the template set. The buyer may not use the images to create any offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
4. Ownership and Copyright: You retain ownership of the template set and all images contained therein. The buyer does not acquire any ownership rights to the images, and must not claim them as their own. The buyer may not use the images in any way that infringes on your copyright or other intellectual property rights.
5. Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Alka-DI-Kijarr / [INZ] harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the template set or the images contained therein.
6. Termination: This license may be terminated by Alka-Di-Kijarr/ [INZ] upon breach of the terms of this agreement. And will result in the permanent ban from purchasing and using any of the upcoming products by [INZ] / Alka-Di-KIjarr
